Foundation Structure

The Foundation is overseen by a Board of Directors
While the Board will have final say over all decisions, we created a 5 person Employee Advisory Council to research and make recommendations on not for profit organizations to support
Initial funding came from a portion of company profits
Going forward, there are opportunities for employees, clients or even third parties to contribute, as well as fundraising opportunities
